Training includes shadowboxing, focus pad work, and heavy bag drills — safe and beginner-friendly. No experience is required.
Each session features a wide range of functional exercises using body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and more — creating a dynamic full-body workout. No two classes are the same.
