Boxercise is a contraction of boxing and exercise, suitable for all genders and fitness levels ages 12 and above. This training consists of shadowboxing, focus pads, and heavy bag drills. Very safe to perform!
The exercises consist of the wide range of functional exercises such as bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell etc., resulting in a full body workout. No class is the same, so never a dull moment! Experience is not required.
