The Aelia Duty-Free shop offers a wide range of tobacco, spirits, wines, beers, soft drinks, perfumes, cosmetics, jewelry, watches, and much more.

Ration Goods Section

Our ration goods section features a comprehensive selection of tobacco, cigars, and spirits. These items may be purchased by presenting your valid JFC ID card with a blue sticker and a ration card. For more information, please review our Ration Card Policy.

Note: Dutch civilian staff members are not authorized to purchase ration goods due to Dutch tax regulations.

Tax-Free Shopping – EU Market

Under the JFC 15-10 tax-free scheme, entitled personnel may purchase an extensive range of goods free of VAT/BTW from traders within the EU community.

Goods must be delivered to the entitled person’s host nation address, and remain in possession at their address in the Netherlands for the duration of three years or until the end of their tour at JFC.
