The JFC Fitness Center offers more than 20 group exercise classes each week. Most classes are free and/or require sign up and our special classes require a fee (payable to the instructor). From high intensity training, to mind-body offerings in the main hall, to cycling classes on the top floor, certified instructors teach classes throughout the week.
