Unofficial Theatre Use – €150

Enjoy private use of the theatre space for personal gatherings.

Note: Includes only the theatre. No staff, projector room, offices, or concessions.

Private Event with Staff – €250

Host a private event with one staff member to operate the projector.

Includes 4 hours from setup to event end. Concessions not included. Staffing must be confirmed at least 45 days in advance.

Private AAFES Movie Screening – €350

Arrange a private movie showing with an AAFES-featured film.

Includes projector operation and 4-hour staffing. Movie tickets still required. No concessions. Staffing must be confirmed 45 days in advance.

Important Notes:

All events must be coordinated at least 45 days in advance.
Event licenses are required for all organized events.
Additional charges may apply based on venue condition, duration, staffing, and planning needs.

Please note that online bookings close 24 hours before the showing. If the showing is cancelled, we will post a flyer here and on our Facebook page. Otherwise, the showing is still happening and you may purchase tickets at the door.
