The Morale and Welfare Activity (MWA) is looking for dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team!

We offer exciting part-time opportunities across a wide range of MWA facilities at JFC Brunssum, including the Fitness Center and Sports Complex, Hotel, International Conference Center, Movie Theater, Arts & Crafts Center, Library, Auto Care Center, and Swimming Pool.

Depending on the position, you may assist with customer service, clerical duties, event support, cleaning and maintenance, or creative programming and class assistance. We offer flexible working hours, including occasional evening and weekend shifts.

All starting contracts guarantee a minimum of 10 working hours per month. You may choose to work only the minimum or take on additional hours depending on your availability and operational needs.

As a team member, you’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting a wide variety of community-focused programs and services. It’s a great opportunity to work in a versatile and international NATO environment, while enjoying schedule flexibility and meaningful engagement.

JFCBS Universal Assistant, Morale and Welfare Vacancy Notification
As a Recreation Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support multiple facilities and equipment that keep NATO members mentally and physically fit for duty. It is no small task. JFCs Fitness Center and Sports Complex have over 500 pieces of equipment, 6 Sports fields, 8 storage facilities, a playground, and a recreation area to maintain. As a Recreation Assistance, you will also prepare and assist the Arts & Craft Center, General Eisenhower Hotel, and International Conference Center’s venues in hosting multiple events ranging from official functions to community events and private engagements. MWA needs a valuable team to keep this activity alive for the betterment of our NATO community.
