LIBRARY COVID-19 MEASURES


We are now open for in person visits and accepting requests via the e-mail us option. Patrons can place orders for up to 10 items per card. There is currently NO Inter-library Loan (ILL) service, so you are not able to place holds online. For a list of titles available at our location, please go to https://mwrlibrary.armybiznet.com/search~S102 and select Library from the drop menu in the upper right corner to narrow your search.

 

With the exception of holidays, orders will be processed Monday-Friday in the morning, and each patron will receive a confirmation email with a time for pick up/drop off between 1200-1600. Customers can also call +31 (0)45 534 0307 to pick up any prizes won during the Summer Reading Program.

 

In your email request:

 

      We need your full name as it appears on your ID card to find your account.

      You will need to provide both the title and call number of the items you'd like to request.

      If you are ordering for a family member, put their name(s) at the top of their list.

      Have a time preference for pickup? Include that information on your email

 

Facility Rules:

 

If you have received notification that you have a hold waiting for you (prior to Inter-Library Loan ILL service being suspended) inform the Library. The hold will not count against your 10 items.
